It became possible to appeal against poorly provided public services through a telegram bot. A new mechanism for appealing the quality of services has been introduced in the Telegram mobile application in real time. Through the bot platform EgovKzBot2.0, you can file a complaint about public services, send a proposal to reduce bureaucracy and optimize business processes. The initiator and developer of the implementation of this function for citizens were the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry. Using the feature with a user-friendly interface does not require any special skills. Now, in case of serious problems in obtaining public services, citizens can contact EgovKzBot2. 0 . In the Telegram bot, the service provider can enter the institution's data and send their comments, suggestions or complaints. When receiving a public service, it is possible to send an application for the request of unnecessary documents, unjustified refusal or late provision of services, and other facts. All complaints and suggestions received are reviewed by responsible persons and resolved as soon as possible by providing feedback.
