Looking back, I can state with huge satisfaction and warmth that in order to achieve the set objective - SERVE PEOPLE, I've managed to provide CARE for people through emotional comfort, affordable services, moral values and health. Materials and equipment mean nothing without qualified staff. I am grateful that the Centre employees form one big team, one big team in one big house with one fate, demonstrating optimism and striving to achieve one goal - to be one of the best in international community.
